Would like to ask if this graphic card NVIDIA RTX™ 4500 ADA, 24Go GDDR6, 4 DP will work with MinKNOW for basecalling (MinION and PromethION).

Yes this GPU will work. We would advise you ensure your NVIDIA drivers are up to date.
