Wrong time condition in copying CLI

The query built [there](https://github.com/nansencenter/django-geo-spaas-processing/blob/e45a7dc49a95260e5145c82d6b9bb961bd4a978c/geospaas_processing/cli/util.py#L30) restrains the results to the datasets whose time coverage is fully included within the searched time span.

We should also include the datasets whose time coverage is intersecting the searched time span.
