[Feature request] `get_interfaces_ip` not reporting interfaces in all VRFs

Description of Issue/Question

get_interfaces_ip returns IP of interfaces in default VRF only. This is a duplicate of #483.
I would like to pick this issue and implement it (also picking #877)
Is this feature acceptable? If implemented in a backwards-compatible way, will it get pulled?

Hi @DavidVentura - yes, if we'd implement this in a backwards-compatible way, it'd be great. In future versions we can then make changes to remove backward compatibility and have VRF awareness the default behaviour.
