The NOS3 development team is drafting a list of videos it would like to create for new users to get an idea of the capabilities provided. What would you all as the community like or expect from a product like this?

In an initial effort we decided to do a series of Scenarios. These being captured walkthroughs with written explanations in a markdown / readthedocs compatible way. https://nos3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Scenario_Demo.html

These can be easily taken once we've got the problems worked out via internal workshops to be turned into videos that are public. We're tracking a continued list of ideas for these at #546

I have seen your scenario on the documentation and its very nice to have a step-by-step guide!
A thing I noticed is that the default ground control system is set to YAMCS, but the scenario states that no additional changes should be made, e.g. changing the ground control system to COSMOS. Just a little nitpick.

The pictures and step-by-step help is very useful for beginners to the program!

I could definitely use videos! I've managed to add a component, receive telemetry and send commands. Now I'm trying to understand and test saving and transmitting files. Our mission use cases will need all those.

Another area I need to understand is HITL and compiling for flight.
Appreciate any feedback!
