OpenC3 Scripting update

Description

Update old Cosmos scripts and apply to new OpenC3 Cosmos. Start with Sample system test, and after get Mission system test working. Will need to update existing cosmos 4.5 scripts to OpenC3 python scripts to match functionality.
        

Pull nos3 dev, provision fresh to see new VM and docker version needed for openC3

Have some scripts prepared for Sample, but need to figure out how to fix our directory structure to work with OpenC3 so the tests can be detected (I believe the old scripts would probably work as well if we restructured/renamed things). Will look at it shortly.

@zlynch2 Do you know what stage OpenC3 was left in after the 6.3.0 update? Since I'm not seeing anything in interfaces/targets in CMD/TLM server when I launch it, so I don't think it's actually linking/copying things correctly.

Okay. Got it in, though I had to manually load the gem. Still trying to fix interfaces, and may need to pip in openc3 in order to get it working with python, and need to fix however we load the gem to load it automatically without having to use the admin console, but getting closer.

Yes, sometimes on the first build you need to load the gem file, after that it rebuilds and launches fine on a make clean/make uninstall and make

@zlynch2 Pushed up the current code, should fix things, however, autoloading the gem doesn't work due to an API issue I can't quite crack. Will look into it more soon. Trying a manual load (keep in mind, when you do this, you'll need to wipe it out and redo the upload each time or else it'll cache the old version) to see if the scripts work.
