Packaging galileo to PyPI

Hi all.
I'm adding Galileo FM as a supported model to TerraTorch. As we have a license conflict, I preferred to fork your project in order to package it to PyPI.
Do you have anything to add to this ? Any observation ?

If we have a pypi package I would prefer if it came from this repo.

I see in the TerraTorch license that you support both Apache and MIT (https://github.com/IBM/terratorch/blob/main/LICENSE) - is such a setup possible in this case too?

We have decided to onboard Galileo as a submodule and indicate it in this LICENSE disclaimer, which we understand it would be easier to maintain.
Maybe it will require some (slight) modification in the upstream code, which we could send as a patch.
What do you think ?
