chore: bump version to 0.4.6 for next release cycle

Five user-visible commits have landed on top of v0.4.5 (Knowledge
tree right-click delete + cascade ref cleanup, lint/sources delete
unification, ```yaml-fence frontmatter render fix, mermaid in chat,
settings UI-language revert fix). Bump all five version locations
to 0.4.6 so in-progress commits reflect post-0.4.5 state. No tag,
no release trigger — that happens when we cut 0.4.6 and write its
changelog entry.
