ConvertFrom-Changelog needs updated help documentation #77
Description
The ConvertFrom-ChangeLog function only has placeholder help content in its markdown document. It would be very helpful to complete this documentation. Unless, of course, this is intended to be a private function, in which case there is a different problem.
