nats:2.10.29-nanoserver-ltsc2025 docker image does not start

Hello.

We are facing an issue when we try to create a 2.10.x image for Windows 2025 nanoserver image as it is not starting, the affected Dockerfile: 2.10.x - Dockerfile.

I am aware that they are not official yet, but we need the image as one customer has Windows Server 2025.

panic: Failed to find PdhOpenQuery procedure in pdh.dll: The specified procedure could not be found.

Do you have any clue of what could be the issue?

PS: On the other side, if Istart nats with windowsservercore-ltsc2025 image nats server starts properly.

I was able to start nats by taking the pdh.dll from servercore

COPY --from=mcr.microsoft.com/windows/servercore:ltsc2025-amd64 C:/Windows/System32/pdh.dll C:/Windows/System32/pdh.dll
