Support for HashiCorp Vault integration

Hi,
I’d like to propose adding native Vault integration so that NATS can automatically retrieve secrets (e.g. passwords, JWTs, tokens, or certificates) directly from Vault at runtime.

Use case

Currently, NATS requires static configuration of sensitive data such as user credentials, passwords, and TLS certificates through local configuration files (nats.conf) or environment variables.
While this works, it creates operational and security challenges in dynamic or zero-trust environments where secrets are managed centrally through tools like HashiCorp Vault.

This plugin exists to use Vault to manage NATS secrets, however it seems to not be developed any longer: https://github.com/edgefarm/vault-plugin-secrets-nats
