New brew popup menu #4519
Description
Due to the evergrowing need for printer-focused development and the obvious advantages of the concept, we should implement a popup menu to create new documents, like most word-processing tools on the market do.
A rough sketch:

- Menus for common page sizes
- Bleed checkbox
- import from file button
- Clone from url button
- basic metadata edition (title, description)
