Got ValueError('Invalid
valuefor quantity: 0.24 was rounded to zero due to size increment 1 and size precision 0')� when calling HistoricInteractiveBrokersClient.request_bars for UVIX for date 2023-01-17. UVIX had a few reverse splits in the past years and caused volume to be <1.Such issue could happen to any stock that have reverse split events
