Individual trades as positions

Hello, and respect to the NT developers and helpers!

I have a question on positions, in the position report they are like aggregated, but is there any option to 'NT-natively' count individual trades as positions?

Yes, I believe what you might be after is setting OmsType to HEDGING which effectively creates a new position per submitted order / trade by default, unless you specify those positions explicitly with a position_id when you submit an order: https://nautilustrader.io/docs/nightly/concepts/execution#order-management-system-oms.
