q Search not working for CapircaPolicy models

Environment

• Python version: 3.11.9
• Nautobot version: 39949fb0fa99 (v2.3.1)
• nautobot-firewall-models version: 2.2.3a0 (develop)

Expected Behavior

From /plugins/firewalls/capirca-policy/, searching Capirca Policies by name using the topright search bar should display a results page with the matching devices.

Observed Behavior

Instead, using the topright search bar results in an error message. The dedicated filter for CapircaPolicy does not support the q parameter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create one policy rule
2. Create one policy with previous rule inside
3. Create test device
4. Attach policy to test device
5. Generate Capirca Policies
6. Search for the device name in the Capirca Policies list page
