Strata::ApplicationForm subclass (hard-stop and redirect to
build-strata-sdk-model if absent), infer pages from the model's
validates ... on: contexts, confirm scope (flow class, layout, review,
confirmation, dashboard), write a plan, scaffold, TDD-build per page,
verify with make lint/test + Claude-in-Chrome walkthrough, report.

Links the two existing heavyweight references (design-patterns.md,
ui-kit-components.md) and the four symlinked discipline refs
(ruby-version-check, writing-plans, test-driven-development, verification).
354 lines, under the 500-line skill cap; lint and unit tests green.
