Absolute path prevents tests using act

This is set under the assumption of a static working directory. However, tools like nektos/act use the local working directory. I am no JavaScript guy, but I guess that can be fixed by using the current working directory as base.

+1 it's pretty much essential to debug locally with act before burning GitHub ressources.
