Bump prismjs and next-sanity

Removes [prismjs](https://github.com/PrismJS/prism). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [next-sanity](https://github.com/sanity-io/next-sanity/tree/HEAD/packages/next-sanity). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `prismjs`

Updates `next-sanity` from 9.9.9 to 10.0.10
