Can;t get plugin to load in Keepass for Windows 2.57

Hi:

Thanks for all your work on this plugin!

I can't get this plugin to load in Keepass for Windows 2.57. The instructions say to copy a .pglx file, but I don't see one anywhere.

The instructions read:
Copy YetAnotherFaviconDownloader.plgx into KeePass plugins

However, there is no .plgx in the archive file. So I ran the batch file which I thought maybe created the .plgx file, but still can't find any .plgx file.

Can anyone help?

The .plgx file can be obtained from the latest release here:
https://github.com/navossoc/KeePass-Yet-Another-Favicon-Downloader/releases

The .bat also makes the it, but you will need a development environment set up.

A quick follow-up question: If you delete the link/change it (but without clicking Download favicon), will it delete the icon?
