Files avaliable through Synapse are now accessible on SB-CGC by providing DRS URIs of the form drs://repo-prod.prod.sagebase.org/{entity_id}.{entity_version} in a standard SB-CGC manifest file.

The user will need to connect their Synapse account to SB-CGC at the following page: https://cgc-accounts.sbgenomics.com/external-connections

We should update the downaload files dialogue so that when both CRDC and Synapse files are selected, an approprioate manifest is returned.
