BU biospecimen manifest syn52888248 links to older version v12 of file, rather than newest v13

In the popup panel listing synapse manifest objects for BU, when I click on the synapse object link for biospecimen manifest syn52888248, I get v12 in the download not the latest v13.  See attached.
