Description

We need to refresh the content on our landing page (src/app/components/landingpage.tsx) and update any relevant components (such as ProgramDetails, WhyHZN, GetConnected, etc.) to communicate our new accelerator program. This updated program highlights our recent partnership with Delphi Labs and NEAR Foundation, as detailed in the following articles:

Goals:

  • Emphasize that the accelerator program is designed to fast-track AI & Web3 startups using cutting-edge mentorship, technical support, and sustainable funding.
  • Update headlines, supporting copy, feature lists, imagery (if available), and CTAs to capture the new accelerator messaging.
  • Ensure changes follow our existing design system (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript) and accessibility best practices.

Requirements

  1. Update landingpage.tsx Content:

    • Revise the primary hero section:
      • Change the headline (currently “User-Owned AI is NEAR”) to reflect the accelerator focus (e.g., “Accelerating AI & Web3 Innovation” or another compelling title).
      • Update the supporting text to mention the new accelerator program and its benefits as highlighted in the articles.
    • Revise the feature list:
      • Modify or replace existing points to include accelerator-specific benefits (e.g., strategic mentorship, hands-on technical support, and sustainable funding).
    • Update the CTA buttons:
      • Change the “Read NEAR AI Master Plan” button to a new button such as “Explore the Accelerator Program” or similar, linking to a dedicated accelerator page or the press release articles.
      • Update the “Apply for the Program” button text and link to reflect the application process for the accelerator (e.g., “Apply for the Accelerator”).
  2. Update Additional Components (as needed):

    • Review components such as ProgramDetails and WhyHZN to ensure any reference to the old incubation program is replaced or augmented with accelerator details.
    • Adjust supporting text or imagery where applicable so the accelerator messaging is consistent through the site.
  3. Design & Accessibility:

    • Ensure all updated copy adheres to our Google and Apple design standards for clarity and legibility.
    • Verify that new headings, button labels, and links meet accessibility requirements (proper ARIA attributes, alt texts, etc.).
    • Maintain consistent styling, spacing, and responsive behavior as per our Tailwind CSS configuration.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The landing page (src/app/components/landingpage.tsx) now features an updated hero section with a headline and supporting text that introduce the new accelerator program.
  • The feature list is updated to include accelerator-specific benefits.
  • CTA buttons have updated text (e.g., “Explore the Accelerator Program” and “Apply for the Accelerator”) and link to the correct resources.
  • Any dependent components (e.g., ProgramDetails, WhyHZN) reflect accelerator messaging where applicable.
  • All updates comply with existing design and accessibility standards.
  • The changes are tested across different viewports to ensure responsiveness and proper UI behavior.

Additional Notes

  • Use key phrases and benefits from the referenced articles to inform the new copy.
  • Consider splitting the updated content into smaller, reusable UI components if the accelerator section grows.
  • Ensure clear commit messages and update any relevant documentation to reflect these changes.
  • If new imagery or logos (related to the accelerator program) become available, include them to reinforce the new theme.
