As Ledger PRs LedgerHQ/app-near#31 is blocked by Ledger team with some audit and TransactionV1 is not being used and is ignored on nearcore side as of Nearcore release 2.10, this issue should serve as a reminder to reopen LedgerHQ/app-near#31 once GasKeys and TransactionV1 is being respected and used (approximately in 2.13 release)
