Description
Title:
Request for near-validator CLI extension and documentation for NEAR Rust CLI
Description:
There is no near-validator CLI extension for the new NEAR Rust CLI. This is a drawback because in the previous (now deprecated) NEAR CLI Node.js, there was a command to check validator status.
Please also create documentation about the near-validator extension for the NEAR Rust CLI. This extension is very important for node runners.

Summary:
The customer is requesting a feature (near-validator CLI extension) that was available in the deprecated NEAR CLI Node.js but is missing in the NEAR Rust CLI. They also request documentation for the same. This request seems relevant to node runners and could improve usability. Ensure to provide feedback or escalate to the development team if needed.
