Make 3.2.0 release #1631
Description
Background
As we continue develop we should keep making regular releases. The main feature of the 3.2.0 release will be enabling Robust ECDSA. Beyond this we'd also like it to contain the following features:
- CKD derivation paths (required).
- Contract update votes do not require loading the entire contract state (required).
- Don't store the full attestation submission in the contract (required).
- Support non-TDX deployments with the launcher (optional).
User Story
As an MPC user I want access to the latest features and bug fixes.
Acceptance Criteria
We've made the 3.2.0 release containing the features listed above.
