Background
this is a follow up for the attestation CLI tool created in
Standalone attestation verification CLI #1543
additional requested features (open for discussion and changes )are:

update/ replacement for CRL or collateral.

pull MPC/launcher hash from contract
-
pull account ID from contract and compare attestations ?
-
explicit check against known revocations like TEE.fail
