Evaluate test coverage and set up codecov.io

Evaluate test coverage from both e2e and unit tests, and optionally set up codecov.io for continuous coverage tracking.

**Acceptance criteria:**
- Generate coverage reports from all test suites
- Evaluate current coverage levels
- (Optional) Set up codecov.io integration
- Document coverage goals
