Consider offering a faucet for mainnet

We should not offer free drainable mainnet tokens, but we can have a win-win solution here. We provide NEAR in exchange of something useful for NEAR ecosystem, e.g.:

1. Public GitHub repo that uses NEAR (contract or BOS)
2. Post on Social Media from a "legit" account (50+ subscribers)
3. Star of near-cli-rs repo on GitHub

The challenge would be to verify these and don't over-incentivize people abusing this faucet.

The main use-case - creation of a new named NEAR account on mainnet without going through on-ramp to create an implicit account first, and only then creating a named account.
