Migrate to @reown/appkit

Hey, first of all thanks for your job!
This project is nicely done and really useful 🥇 

I'm aware that it would probably be a huge refactor for the near ecosystem but:
As `@web3modal/wagmi` is deprecated, is it planned to migrate to `@reown/appkit`?
