Issue with Docker

I've been using Docker for a while, and it has always worked. Yesterday I got this error message when building the docker:

Can it be a spelling mistake (or something similar)?

Hi Matteo,

Thanks for pointing this out! It seems like sundials has deprecated the "release-4.1.0" tag for that branch.

If you edit the Docker file to have "git clone -b v4.1.0 https://github.com/LLNL/sundials.git" then it should work.

Let me know if this works and I will update the git repo's docker file.

I modified the Docker file as you suggest, and now it works for Sundials.

Sadly, I am having trouble with the pyhmcode installation:

Sorry took so long to reply to this. Perhaps @MariaTsedrik has an idea how to resolve the HMCode issue?
