Wrong Gradle plugin version in ReadMe

While looking at the ReadMe, I see the Gradle plugin version is `v9.4.0`

However, the actual & latest version in https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/nebula.lint is `Version 19.0.1`.
How can we fix it?
