Add Support for Asian Abbreviations

Hey Developer,

I am a long-time player from the Asian WoW community, and I have been using your Parrot plugin for some time now. With the introduction of The War Within Season 1, damage and healing numbers have grown significantly, and many players resort to abbreviations for clarity.

In Asian regions, however, we are more accustomed to using "万" or "W" for ten thousands instead of the Western standard "K" or "M". Would it be possible for you to add an option to support this regional preference in future updates of the Parrot plugin?
