Use zstd instead of 7z for compression

A substantial amount of nebulastream's CMake configure time is spent downloading and extracting the dependencies, c.f. https://github.com/nebulastream/nebulastream/issues/4686.

Thus I suggest to use zstd on the maximum level to improve file size and extraction time.
