Routes file fails with rails 3.1

The config/routes.rb is still using rails 2.3 syntax and now fails with rails 3.1

I am not working on any project that uses exception2db . You can send a pull request :-)

I didn't think it was terribly relevant outside of Onyx. I have a few
changes in place and once I get them tested etc., I will send you a pull
request.
