How to install this via HM Flakes?

It looks like a cool tool, but more importantly, it's a great minimal example on how to distribute something for NixOS without their package manager, which is really what I want to understand.

Making my derivation and moving it to the default.nix is already a little bit familiar to me, but how would I install it from GitHub without re-writing the derivation? I like your choice of distribution (not using flakes), so it's compatible with and without flakes, but I explicitly want to know how to install it using flakes via home manager.

Could you please update the README.md to feature installation steps, perhaps also for non-flake users?
