RFE: Enable provisioning of multiple interfaces for openstack, AWS

The current mrack does not allow to provision VM with multiple interfaces either in the same network or different ones.
The use-case would be to run container or nested VM workloads on the VM and dedicate IP addresses to specific containers or machines.
