docs request - example showing integration with rules_rust and bazel

I'd like to see an example of integrating protoc-gen-prost with bazel & rules_rust.

To be honest, unless you're willing to provide one, I'm not sure we'll be able to come up with one. Bazel is a big beast and these are just protoc plugins, so I would say if you're willing to contribute one, we can maintain it.

I opened 3 issues with patches to enable bazel integration. Hope it helps! FWIW, we use the patches right now.
