Need to redesign the project dropdown version button

People keep missing that they are dropdowns which means we have a design issue here. We should find a way to make it more clear it is a dropdown

Is that a developer or player missing that?

I think generally for user and public facing projects, we might really not want to use the projects page. Tables that just list the latest per Minecraft version are likely better.

The project listing is our public facing equivalent to the forge site version selector
