Task gallery UX: Replace tristate filter with a skill-level picker

Problem

I often have to explain how the tristate filter works. I guess it's hard to make sense of the tristate filter.

Solution

Make a dropdown where the skill level can be picked. Only in the simple mode.

Keep the tristate filter for the advanced mode.
