TASK: Remove obsolete i18 label `content.inspector.editors.dateTimeEditor.apply`

In Neos.Neos.UI the following PR removes the "Apply" button of the DateTimeEditor: neos/neos-ui#3736

The translation label for this button in located in Neos.Neos and needs to be removed there, after the PR has been merged.

Could be part of #4493 where we want to move all the stuff to the ui ..

I guess #4990 was just similar but this is another task?

Btw we luckily only have to delete it in english (the source) weblate will push a followup on 9.0 after merge removing all other languages.
