This is probably a GitHub pages settings issue I've seen in other repositories. It should be resolved by simply checking a checkbox int he settings menu. I've documented it here: precice/precice.github.io#274 (comment)

Probably it is indeed a DNS problem:

So someone could try to change the DNS of neovim.io from the cloudflare ips to github ips.
