Create a separate UI (app) that will serve as a snippet explorer.
The current window is highly focused on showing few items matching the search phrase.
This issue solves a broader browser/explorer for snippets - "to see them all" - but it would also include a searching. Sometimes it may be hard to find a snippet if one doesn't know exact wording. Showing more results in this case would be helpful.
On windows it should be integrated into the main application, as a separate windows accessible from tray icon. It should share the state.
On other platforms it will serve the purpose of sharing and accessing the snippets xplat.
