Cannot Synchronize

Hello there
My Neuron wallet on my laptop has been syncing for 2 days.
Currently on 94.65% for 3 hours.

My CKB balance is showing 0

I have reinstalled the neuron wallet.

I have also cleared the catch

I needed to upgrade ASAP

I need help please

Hi @medulao could you upload the debug information for us to check why the synchronization is halted?

The debug information could be exported by Menu => Help => Export Debug Information and uploaded by drag&drop it into the chatbox.

my ckb has disappeared. my neuron wallet is 100% synced.

from nervos telegram forum i got the link on how to upgrade

i clicked on the link ☝️and from there i clicked on wallet connect and a box came up with where to insert 12 phrase/ seeds.

i inserted my neuron wallet 12 seeds and after clicking ,the` metamask logo came up on top of the box.

now the new wallet that i installed yesterday is 100 % synced.

my neuron wallet is showing 0

please help me

Please check the balance in the CKB Explorer(https://explorer.nervos.org/) and confirm if there are any abnormal transactions(not initiated by you).

Since you've exposed your seeds on an unknown website, the wallet is at risk.

How can I find out which one is my transactions What do I need to do

You can visit the CKB Explorer, search for your address, and check whether any transactions occurred after your last operation or if there are any transactions that transferred all your balance out.
