[Synchronization] No tokens displayed

Can't see my ckb tokens in the NEURON wallet:

Neuron Version: 0.121.0
CKB Client Version: v0.121.0-rc1
CKB Light Client Version: v0.4.1

Already followed the trouble shooting steps with no success.

Hi, @m4tune. Does the Neuron sync to 100%? If yes, try to click Refresh at the end of the Settings page to see if it works.

If not, please wait for it to sync.

Yes, it’s synced 100% and green Refresh doesn’t change anything…

Could you paste the address that ckb has the ckb tokens? It would be better to upload the debug information of the native wallet. it can be exported by Menu => Help => Export debug information.
