[Bug Report] Cannot see balance via Neuron

Detail of the issue

After I changed computers I imported my seed phrase and imported my wallet on the new computer but the balance does not show. Have identified transactions via the explorer and both the Internal Node and Light Client are synced 100%. Not sure what else to do? This is ridiculous I have spent hours trying to figure this out.

Hi, @oscarsob, could you try clicking Refresh at the end of the Settings page to see if it works?
If it doesn't work, the Debug information of the native wallet would help us check what happened. It can be exported by going to Menu => Help => Export debug information.
