Device no detected (LEDGER NANO S PLUS)

Hello
I am using a LEDGER NANO S PLUS to sign to my Neuron wallet. When I try to connect I have a "No device detected. Please connect your device." error message. It is the first time it happens, never had this problem before... Cache has been refreshed and I also resettled my Neuron wallet V0.202.1. The DAPPS application (V0.6.1) was also resettled several times on ledger live.
The ledger key is properly detected by Ledger Live but not on Neuron wallet.
Please help !

this is a known issue that will be fixed in a future release. The root cause is that after upgrading the Ledger Nano S Plus to firmware 1.4, the device name changes from Ledger Nano S Plus to Ledger Nano S+, which prevents it from matching correctly.

As a workaround, you can re-import your Ledger Nano S Plus and select Other as the device model during the import process. This will allow you to use your Ledger Nano S Plus as expected.
