Need help understanding codebase and wasm api

Hello im currently trying to understand the codebase so i can make tic_point avaliable for the wasm api along with possibly adding more features.
im kinda understanding some stuff from just looking at it but im not undestanding some things
mainly

from what ive seen m3ApiReturn() is used to return values but this doesnt have it and its confusing me
