random idea: Add a "harness control chat" aka "personal assistant chat"

I have had an idea rolling around in my head that I wanted to write down / see if other people find interesting. What if we added a chat that is exposed like a worktree (on the left bar) that is specifically for talking to harness / configuring it / adding new repositories, etc.

I currently have a git repo I call "personal-assistant" that basically acts as this. It does things like "hey can you clone this repository:" or just general queries like "I was thinking about trying to write a script like X, how feasible would that be?". It generally just replaces my claude.ai UI interface usage, since I am already in harness all the time anyway it's easier for me to ask harness then to load their UI.

The harness chat could do things like

• help new users figure out how to use harness itself.
  • give first setup instructions / help debug if first setup is failing (like because of a bad gh token or whatever)
  • help customize harness (generate a custom theme? using Light/dark/system theme mode + custom themes from disk #47 and Copy as JSON button on built-in theme rows #55)
• do meta things that Claude Code is good at but don't really need to be in a repo
  • for example: I wanted to download a bunch of ROMs for game boy games (that I own legally don't worry) so I had claude write a script in my personal-assistant repo that downloads them from some website
• add new repos / spin up new projects
• generally control the harness UI itself
