I would like an option for Ness to fetch before creating a worktree, especially when using origin/... based branches in the any gitref dialog. Currently, I have to do this outside Ness, which interrupts the flow.
Periodic fetches are not a viable workaround for me, as I have to approve a prompt for accessing the SSH credentials.
