Allow the sorting or manual arrangement of projects.

Projects in the sidebar are currently ordered by insertion order, and that order can't be changed. Once there are more than a handful, the ordering feels arbitrary, and finding a specific project takes longer than it should.

I'd like to be able to choose how the sidebar is ordered:

• Manual order: arranged by hand via drag and drop, persisted across sessions
• Dynamic order
  • alphabetically
  • by activity recency, last human input
  • by activity recency, last agent interaction

Agreed on all of the above, I'll spin up a worktree to add this today (although I might lose track of it due to it being arbitrarily sorted)
