Add Peer Instructions for Self Hosted imprecise

Describe the problem

When adding peers on selfhosted instances it instructs the user to go to Settings and add the management URL. However the user needs to go to Settings -> Advanced Settings instead.

This has caused confusion for multiple people now and would be great if the default could be changed :)
